15 STEPS
1. From the helpdesk, scroll down and click Submit a ticket
2. Scroll up and click Contact Name
3. Type Your Name and press tab to go down or click in the Email field.
4. Type your Johnsons Email Address and Press Tab or Click on Subject
5. Type the Subject of your ticket and Press Tab. For this just put test.
6. Choose the Product Name for example Zoho CRM
7. Click the product from the list
8. Scroll down and click into the Description box
9. Type the description of your ticket
10. Scroll down and click Reference Number from Zoho
11. Type the Zoho Reference Number
12. Click the Action Required drop down
13. Choose the response time required
14. Click Submit
15. That's it. You're done.
